JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Vice President is a broad-base job with responsibility for supervision of the Senior Vice Presidents in each bank department. Additionally, the Executive Vice President serves as secretary to the Board of Directors, maintains appropriate minutes for the board and its committees, maintains the stock register, serves to see that various committees meet, and that appropriate minutes are filed.
