Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Senior Financial Management Consultant As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of  Health Analytics in Boston, MA or any Aon office in the East Region (FL, GA, SC, VA, PA, NC, DC). Your Impact As A Health and Benefits Senior Financial Management Consultant Job Responsibilities: Regularly attend client meetingsMaintain and manage open items lists to ensure you are providing each client with the agreed upon workWork follow up items assigned to you to resolutionConduct ad-hoc projects as needed using appropriate resources (HCR modeling, plan changes, etc.)Be responsible for all financial activities on client teamPresent marketing results to clientReview financial caveats, deviations and other notes in proposals, add appropriate notes to the client RFP results presentationNegotiate with carriers as directed on rates, designs and plan provisionsAssist in presenting results to clientDevelop executive summary on all key financial components of marketing and provide recommendations Provide financial modeling as needed on opportunityParticipate in meeting presentations as requestedEnsure all commissions have been disclosed and verified for each vendorProvide cost estimates for TRP and PCORI to all self-funded clients at the applicable timeCollect and submit needed financial data for bench-marking projects using Greater Insight You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:  Five plus of years health and benefits underwriting experience, preferably in  consulting environment.Strong project management experienceClient consulting experienceStrong proficiency in self-insured and fully insured funding arrangements Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Self-starter who can work well with minimal supervisionEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experienceLicense or Certificate Requirements: Appropriate Insurance License/Life and Health or willingness to obtain license as soon as possibleEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experienceWe offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
