POSITION SUMMARY: 

The SAP Functional Analyst I – FI will be a member of the TPG Americas regional support team, and provide Tier 1 application support for SAP’s S4 Fashion Solution for Finance. This position will bring business process and subject matter knowledge specific to the FI area including:

• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Account Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Tax
• Reporting
• Central Finance

  The Functional Analyst I will be the initial contact for any business support-related activities pertaining to the SAP S4 Finance module. He/she will triage requests, and handle those that are deemed to be Tier 1 activities, while routing more complex requests to the Global Support team. 

      

  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Provide functional support for SAP/S4 Finance module.
• Engage the internal business customers to identify resolutions for issues raised.
• Develop and administer user support documentation and provide training/coaching to end-users, guiding the business on the appropriate use of the SAP/S4 Finance module.
• Work closely with non-SAP IT groups that need to interface to SAP/ S4 Finance
• Work with other systems used by the Wholesale business users should the need arise.

Qualifications & Experience:

5-8 years of related experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• 5 plus years of systems and business analysis experience. Apparel experience highly preferred    
• 5 plus years of experience working with SAP in Finance and/or SAP Certification in one or more of these modules                                                            
• Significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing                     
• Possesses a high degree of creativity and vision          
• Is flexible and can adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects                            
• Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mind to understand processes, review business operations, and identify system opportunities
• Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal, across multiple levels within the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Visio
