Description
The Senior Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with the portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and strategy. The Senior Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about solving tough problems as we forge a new path for the reporting & analytics for the IT Medicare Segment. Responsibilities
The Senior Portfolio Management Professional organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. This role will create dashboards and use technical tools to report on the health of the IT Medicare Portfolio. The Sr Portfolio Management Professional will begin to influence department's strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years of technical experience
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience in Power BI and manipulation
Experience producing metrics, measurements, trend reports & data analysis
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework & Lean Portfolio Management
Certified in Lean Portfolio Management
Experience in problem analysis and process improvement
