\u003cp\u003eWe are actively recruiting for an experienced Negotiated Underwriter to join our Institutional Sales and Trading team.\u0026nbsp; We are open to this individual being based in either Chicago, New York or Nashville.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAssist in the distribution of new issue negotiated deals and transactions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage bidding process to verify deal details and advance placement of client orders.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUnderwriting and structuring of transactions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with the Institutional Sales and Trading team.\u003c/li\u003e
