About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst who is responsible for executing daily activities in support of tools and platforms to maintain team documentation and promote effective information sharing.
In this role, you will:
This role will act as certified SharePoint Administrator maintaining an internal team SharePoint site and external publishing site including granting access and refreshing content. The candidate will act as project lead to migrate sites to SharePoint online later this year. This candidate will also serve as MS Teams administrator creating new teams and granting access as well as the Documentum cabinet administrator for document archives. This role will own the team's distribution lists and update as needed.
This role will have the opportunity to creatively design a more effective and user friendly experience for content published to the teams SharePoint sites. Provide an efficient flow for site navigation and access to information.
The role also serves as Records Coordinator across Consumer Data Management & Governance to ensure that all documents stored on SharePoint, MS Teams, and shared network drives adhere to record classification codes which drive appropriate retention.
The role must collaborate with peers across the Consumer Data Management & Governance team, as well as with Data Management & Insights and Technology managers. This individual will collaborate with the group's Chief of Staff to support other business operations functions as needed such as portfolio reporting, publishing operational metrics, tracking open positions in the hiring pipeline, and providing content for executive decks and team communication.
This candidate may be asked to support Confluence sties and Jira forms and intake processes as well as monitoring a central team mailbox. This individual will follow guidelines to appropriately disposition access requests for roles and entitlements owned by the Director.
A strong candidate will identify, and lead resolution of process control gaps work to update procedures to reflect new requirements. This role will participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives as requested to continually mature and enhance capabilities of reporting, SharePoint support, and
This individual is expected to make operational process improvements and to suggest common governance and oversight routines to ensure a robust, controlled, well-documented, and scalable records management, document retention, and access management functions that enable ease of use and policy adherence.
The role will be responsible for maintaining access entitlements and validating user access as required under the access management policy.
Required Qualifications, US:
2 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Certified SharePoint site administration with experience in SharePoint and transition to SharePoint OnLine.
Records Management/ Records Coordinator experience
Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Desired Qualifications:
2 yrs for general data management or business analyst experience.
Ability to create a fluid online user experience by simplifying team site design and navigation desired.
Experience in Documentum desired
Experience with Confluence and Jira desired.
Maintain consistent operations for data access approval and certification activities via numerous tools such as AIMS, ILM, ART, ACT, and ESAR.
