The Lending Quality Analyst will process changes to policies and procedures in order to stay current with compliance and regulatory updates. The Lending Quality Analyst will compile regular management reports as well as prepare ad hoc reports as requested.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMaintain various monthly and annual reports to prepare for upcoming regulatory changes and manage the process of implementing and writing policies and procedures around these new laws.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eThe LQA will reconcile Real Estate HMDA monthly and annual reporting, audit, review and reconcile NCUA semi-annual internal audits, conduct loan submissions and funded loan quality reviews, and maintain Regulatory-Compliance, Policy \u0026amp; Procedure documents on our internal website\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eThe LQA will review consumer lending documents, student lending program policy, titling law changes, solar contracts, CRIF/Action, Reg. B, E, TILA and MLA compliance, and auto and personal file audits.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eThe LQA will review the CFBP Regulatory changes regarding servicing disclosures, escrow regulatory changes, mortgage statements, corrective issues on compliance violations, legal/compliance partnerships, FNMA Servicing, ARM and HELOC letters for annual compliance, manual audits of on-boarded Real Estate loans, universal Data forms, and monthly PMI termination.\u003c/li\u003e
