Commercial Loan Originator

This position will be responsible for developing and enhancing the commercial loan portfolio and originating commercial loan applications. In addition, providing input on potential new products and/or tends in the industry, preparing or coordinating documentation and forms, analyzing financial status of applicants, credit, and collateral evaluation, and ensuring sound assessment and lending procedures are followed.

Education & Experience Expectations

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, preferred.

Five years of experience in banking, required.

Three or more years related experience in commercial lending, required.

Proven sales experience, meeting and exceeding established expectations, required.

Data Analyst

This position will be responsible for supporting the TBACU and strategic objectives by designing programs, reports, visualizations, and data extractions utilizing the core programming language, other data analysis and visualization tools. Additionally, working with the IT team to execute the IT Strategic Plan and support credit union team members.

Education & Experience Expectations

AS/AA degree in science, technology, physics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, data analysis or similar fields required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

One year of experience in the technology field preferred.

Knowledge of programming logic and system including but not limited to any of the following: Microsoft.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, C/C , Visual Basic, Java, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, iSeries, SQL

Knowledge of Windows Server based networked environments and components and Windows Server operating systems.

Three references acknowledging knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding technology.

Member Service Representatives are responsible for assisting TBACU to live out its mission, “To serve our community and build trusted relationships.” As well as provide excellent member service and perform transactional duties by receiving and/or paying out funds with accuracy, effectively communicating with internal and external members following the credit union’s service standards, and promoting credit union products and services.

Volunteering in the Community

Serving our community is a part of the mission at TBA Credit Union. In 2021, our staff volunteered 1,573 hours. Each full-time employee is provided a paid volunteer day to work with the organization of their choice and give back.
