Responsibilities

The Data and Reporting Professional 2 key responsibilities includes:

Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.

Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.

May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.

Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Collaborates with different areas of business (nurses, IT, analysts, etc)

Required Qualifications

1 to 5 years of technical experience in data reporting

1 or more years of experience in SQL, SAS, QlikView, Power BI or Tableau

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools

Excellent organizational skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs

Experience in managed care or health care sector

Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
