OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a collaborative, high-performing and analytical Senior Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. This position within the finance organization reports to the Director, Corporate FP&A to support our company-wide monthly forecasts, business reviews and our annual budget process across all brands. They will also support the company on driving our long range plan, quarterly earnings processes, and executive management reporting, with high visibility throughout the finance and leadership teams across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Support the monthly forecast process, providing meaningful and timely analysis to bridge and understand detailed drivers of business performance and provide insights on business trends, opportunities, and risks *Create, maintain and review financial decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations based on company data *Act as a key partner in the company-wide annual budgeting and LRP process, helping to drive the processes to completion through consolidations, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analyses *Support quarterly earnings release process, including ad-hoc analysis ahead of earnings calls, coordinating key themes and quarterly performance drivers across the company, and coordinating logistics throughout and leading up to the calls *Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting and KPI dashboards for presentation to the executive team, Board of Directors, and external investors *Partner with Accounting on pre-monthly close activities *Own and manage financial planning system (Hyperion) - including new projects in response to financial sponsor or management reporting requirements information for executive team *Identify and roll-out best practices across Corporate FP&A processes - propose and lead improvement efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
*3+ years in financial planning and analysis or professional services - retail industry experience a plus *BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field *Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills *Ability to create strong working relationships with business partners *Agile learner, able to analyze, problem solve, and quickly correlate relationships between variables *Superior Excel skills *Hyperion and/or SAP experience a plus
