Description
The Digital Channel Lead defines the sales product strategy for the Medicare Advantage business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Digital Channel Sales Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Digital Channel Lead provides data driven expertise and management reporting to grow sales and increase market share. Develops go to market strategies and identifies new business opportunities to increase overall digital sales. Identifies key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborates closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Advises executives on developing functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Delivers a best in class end to end sales experience across digital channels
Collaborates with a wide array of business, technology, marketing, legal, and compliance partners to evolve the strategic roadmap for channels to ensure consistent and world-class customer experiences regardless of profile or channel
Provides both highly analytical and creative ideas to test, optimize and improve conversion
Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources and ensure consistency; determines cross impacts; distinguishes user requests from the underlying user needs
Supports prioritization efforts of roadmap by assessing value and alignment to channel objectives of new innovative approaches to shopping experiences including new capabilities, new ad placements and identify opportunities for channel innovation
Supports a data driven approach to digital channel strategy based on inputs such as web analytics, call center data, client feedback etc.
Analyzes and synthesizes key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive strategy
Maintains awareness of; and recommends and implements relevant innovations in digital marketing channels
Facilitates the execution of cost/benefit analyses in support of usability decisions
Prepares decks and materials for leadership that includes both visionary approach to testing, strategic road maps, and results and value

Required Qualifications
4 years of progressive and related digital experience (ie. sales, marketing, product management etc)
Superb communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with executive management
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytic mindset, intense curiosity and problem solving aptitude
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and apply skills to exercise influence over others decisions without express authority and influence mass change management
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree
Medicare experience
Experience in the financial services or health solutions industries
Six Sigma or similar process engineering certifications
Direct to Consumer marketing experience
Knowledge of Visio
