The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.The Field Finance & Business Management team directly supports the Chase Wealth Management CEO and the field organization within the Chase branch network. Regional Business Managers serve as the strategic finance partner to their aligned Regional Directors and key regional stakeholders. This highly motivated individual is the primary point of contact for financial decision making within their aligned territories. The successful Regional Business Manager will reinforce the firm's business model for generating customer value and drive financial and non-financial results.Key Responsibilities:• Serves as a trusted advisor to the Regional Director, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive results• Support execution of national strategic field initiatives and ideate local strategies • Optimize 'bottom line' performance by driving performance tracking, reporting and business reviews• Coordinate with the relevant business and functional partners (e.g., Consumer Banking, Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, HR) regionally and nationally• Perform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goals• Oversee/prepare region and markets review materials • Drive expense management in the aligned regions• Contribute to divisional / national initiatives (includes owning and driving certain projects on divisional / national level)','!*!• Minimum of 7 years of relevant Financial Services experience• Investment business knowledge with preference for execution in a branch-based model • Prior business management experience preferred• Deep knowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) concurrent project deliverables • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organization• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial applications; experience with Tableau or Qlkiview a plus • Bachelor’s degree • Some travel required','JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.','Finance','US-CA-Los Angeles-2029 Century Park East / 51563','','CONSUMER & COMMUNITY BANKING','Full-time','Standard','Day Job','','JPMorgan Chase','JPMorgan Chase','CCB - U.S Wealth Management - Business Management - Vice President
