Description
This role will sit within Humana's Risk Management Department (within Treasury), which is responsible for the corporate insurance program and for risk management programs including those relating to members, patients, clients and facilities.
Responsibilities
As the Data & Reporting Professional 2, you will have administrator access to Riskonnect and be familiar with the object management, automation, data management, change management and Cognos analytics and reporting features; deploying changes or additions to production, creating fields in the portal, workflow rules and for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Be the department's go-to person for data analytics and process improvement within any system utilized for risk management activities as well as serving end users.
Collaborate with the Risk Management team to create system hierarchy and add new users to integrate all subsidiaries' schedules as required for occurrence reporting, and run required monthly and ad-hoc reports.
Responsible for the configuration, management and maintenance of Humana's Occurrence Reporting system through Riskonnect, an external risk management information system.
Update and maintain the department's SharePoint and Outlook mailboxes and perform other duties to support the team as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with relevant coursework in Accounting, Economics, and/or Statistics
Less than 5 years of experience in data reporting
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools
Excellent organizational skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs
Experience in managed care or health care sector
Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
