ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a key member of the Pricing & Contracting Group in Corporate Accounts ensuring accurate data and compliance for Boston Scientific.  The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. The role will be responsible for the settlement and payment of Group Purchasing Organization administrative fees and work closely with the team settling the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) rebates.  Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving complex rebate and administrative fee issues between our internal partners, customers and the BSC sales force.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*Provide oversight and insightful analysis in rebate settlement, while partnering with leadership to drive key strategic decisions. *Ensure timely rebate payments and customer market share communications. *Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of administrative fees within BSC's Revenue Management systems. *Prepare and analyze sales and administrative fee data. *Provide advice and expertise regarding past successfully executed agreements and future settlement options. *Support and maintain databases to allow ease of reporting on KPIs to all stakeholders. *Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative fee obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner. *Support internal reporting requirements as it pertains to GPO analysis for administrative fees. *Recommend, develop, and coordinate policies and procedures related to business administration to ensure efficiency, and accuracy of operations. *Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements. *Assist with preparation of quarterly rebate accrual estimates. *Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.  Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.  Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Minimum Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree. *Three or more years of related work experience in the areas of sales support/operations, contract administration, finance, data analytics, customer service operations, or accounting. *Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment. *Ability to collaborate cross functionally to drive process improvements and business results. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Strong attention to detail. *Proficiency with MS Office programs (with focus on Excel). *Advanced Excel capabilities (preferred). *Experience in Tableau and SAP. *Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
