Winston & Strawn's Dallas office is searching for a junior and a mid-level corporate associate with M&A/private equity transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have experience representing financial sponsors, private equity groups and strategic buyer/sellers in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions, including preparation of acquisition/disposition/investment agreements and related closing documents and closing transactions. Securities experience would also be helpful. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas bar or willing to take the Texas bar at the first opportunity.
