As a Risk Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Consultant. The Risk Advisory Services practice is part of the larger Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) group, providing integrated solutions to help clients understand and improve their risk profile to increase profitability and protect their interests. Aon’s Risk Advisory Services practice, as part of Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC), provides risk consulting and risk analytics to clients across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Institutions and Healthcare. Our services include:Strategic Risk AdvisoryEnterprise Risk ManagementCyber Risk AnalyticsClimate Risk AdvisoryReputation Risk AdvisoryThe Risk Analyst will contribute to delivery of risk advisory projects by helping prepare proposals, contribute to quantitative modeling projects, support risk identification and assessment activities, contribute to client reports, improve team processes, and build relationships with Aon colleagues.Your Impact as a Risk ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Support the Risk Advisory Services team on various consulting projects supportingSupport the development and execution of an effective revenue generation marketing strategyCreate and improve methodology, products, and operational procedures.Assist in the overall team effort for knowledge and best practices to be disseminated throughout the practiceEnsure that the Aon work product is of high quality, adheres to all relevant AGRC standards of practice and is provided in a timely mannerHandle multiple work assignments, flexibly balancing priorities, to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.Lead specific research projects to support the business going forward.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Ability to conduct self-directed research into new methodologies and techniques that can be incorporated into our service offeringsAbility to work seamlessly with various internal departments, including sales, account executives, local regional executives and AGRC leadershipWillingness to work in a practical “hands on” environment alongside the team in preparing proposals and presentationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to write custom reports for risk consulting projects that clearly communicate findings and methodologies with minimal management supervisionEducation:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance, economics, actuarial science, risk management, or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
