Aon is looking for a Business Development Analyst As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Investment Consulting business group. Responsibilities include: Profile and qualify opportunities for the business development team.Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales materials.Compliance-related duties such as preparing and tracking offering documents for private funds.Maintain all sales data in the CRM system and assist with data and reporting requests.Assist in responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs).  Duties and Functions include but are not limited to: The Business Development Analyst will primarily act as a support resource for the business development efforts of Aon's Advisory Consulting and Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) business line.  The Business Development Analyst will work directly with the institutional business development team to support the sales efforts of Aon's offering to pension, defined contribution, public and endowment and foundation clients. This position requires a dynamic professional who can: Understand the nature of an engagement and assemble a proposal that is relevant to the opportunity.Manage multiple, competing tasks and deliver high-quality, accurate output.Work across different teams that comprise the investment offering to gather both quantitative and qualitative data.Assist the product management team to develop and maintain a variety of materials to support new business development, existing business and other specific product management initiatives and responsibilities.Utilize the firm's internal resources to answer product specific requests for information, requests for proposals, and other inquiries in a timely manner.Analyze external competitive products and platforms for opportunities.Understand and create compliant performance-related illustrations.Perform in a high-pressure environment.Meet compressed deadlines and deliverable requests.  Education:                                Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant experience. Experience: 3 years of investment management experience in any of the following roles: sales support function in a wholesaling environment, performance analyst supporting the distribution of institutional investment products, traditional consulting/OCIO or some other relevant investment management experience.Familiarity with the institutional investor landscape and experience writing and fulfilling RFPs for corporate defined benefit and defined contribution, non-profit, and public sector entities.CRM experience.Working knowledge of the terms used by the investment management industry related to benchmarks, returns, investment strategies, and expenses. Experience operating in a highly process driven, FINRA-regulated environment.Numerically inclined, self-motivated, and conscientious with regards to their output.FINRA licenses are preferred but not required. We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. Our Colleague Experience: From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.  They make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.  This is the Aon Colleague Experience, defining what it means to work at Aon and realizing our vision of empowering human and economic possibility.
