Description

This is a great opportunity to collaborate across the whole spectrum of our cyber security organization and align Security's investment funds towards strategic goals with Board-level visibility. This position will partner with internal stakeholders to transform processes and influence operational improvements.

The successful candidate must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on delivering a contemporary and frictionless cybersecurity experience for our employees and members, while strengthening our cyber maturity and preparation for enterprise cloud migration

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key EIP PMO, Capabilities Maturity, Department Leaders, and IT Finance partners to enable the timely and accurate gathering of financial forecasts and projections

Maintain Investment Financials for current budget year as well as communicate operating impacts to future year financials to Senior Leadership & IT Finance partners

Develop, maintain and communicate leadership-level reporting

Set up and manage projects and cost plans in Humana's Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tool - ServiceNow PPM

Advise on portfolio structure and analysis

Develop standards to be used across the team for portfolio management

Implement people & process changes to deliver on Humana's value of Rethink Routine and Pioneer Simplicity

Automate existing manual processes

Document existing & new processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio

Experience producing metrics and reports

Analytical skills/Able to Think on Their Own/Curious/Rethink Routine

Detail orientated to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts

Demonstrated experience with process documentation and process improvement and adhering to process workflows

Organizational Agility

Excellent verbal/written communication

Confident and able to question owners on changes to budget

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

IT (Software management) knowledge

SAFe or other Agile certifications

Project Management experience

Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM
