Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.  What the day will look like Job Responsibilities  An IC Performance Analyst uses technical, analytical, and communication skills to support consultants and clients in all aspects of data-related work.Takes accountability and ownership of work.Balances financial account statements for clients’ investment portfolios.Audits rates of return and reconciles discrepancies of returns calculated by our performance system versus those calculated by custodians and/or investment managers.Finalizes financial information from multiple sources to prepare quarterly investment performance reports.Gathers manager research documents pertinent to clients’ portfolios, bringing them to the attention of senior client team members.Updates Risk Analyzer with cash flows to produce defined benefit client dashboards.Responds to ad hoc requests from clients and/or consultants.Composes written interpretations of investment portfolio results and prepares discussion guides for client meetings.Meets with senior members of client teams to discuss relevant client matters and/or issues.Skills and experience that will lead to success We’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders. We strive to recruit a diverse group of hardworking individuals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions. Qualifications: Excellent technical and analytical skills.Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of capital markets and investments and/or keen interest in developing. knowledge of capital markets and investments.Proficiency with specific software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).Bachelor’s degree, in a business related major.Demonstrates excellent writing and communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Math, Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred, but open to all majors.   Applicants for this role should graduate between December 2022 – June 2023 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.   Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations.
