\u003cli\u003eMaintains and develops new business relationships with corporate sponsors, high-ranking department managers and others within the field of membership.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTrains, coaches, and develop staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of member services. Conducts staff meetings and training to ensure that staff is thoroughly trained in all Credit Union products and services.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEvaluates the work of employees; conducts performance appraisals; recommends promotions, reassignments, and the hiring of new employees; and performs related personnel functions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsures that the branch image is professional and secure, employing prudent housekeeping and safety procedures and providing a pleasant atmosphere for members that includes privacy, confidentiality, and ease of use.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsures the security and safety of the branch, analyzing security and safety policies and procedures and alerting staff to any changes.\u003c/li\u003e
