The position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the U.S. Orencia, Nulojix, and TYK2 businesses. Person will partner closely with the brand team and forecasting, providing key input into strategic and economic (pricing & access) decisions while leading the day-to-day activities of the finance team.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Develop financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
Act as a valued member of the Immunology leadership team
Monitor business performance, challenge results and develop recommendations to improve financial performance
Provide transparency and forecasting insights on Net Sales (pricing, demand, gross-to-nets, inventory) and OPEX investment
Direct all financial activities including annual budgets and projections
Provide financial analysis and advice for evaluating business opportunities and resource allocation decisions
Ensure relevant accounting procedures and controls are in place and operating, and all requirements for US GAAP are fulfilled
Provide leadership and development to finance manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CPA and/or MBA in finance preferred
10 years of relevant experience in finance roles
Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment often with aggressive deadlines and quick turnarounds
Must be a self-starter (highly proactive), problem solver, highly motivated, and have the ability to make decisions independently
Strong business partnering skills with experience working in complex matrix organization
Ability to work in multiple financial systems (SAP, Hyperion)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
Highest level of integrity, work ethic and financial stewardship
Excellent track record of people leadership and managerial skills
