CCB Risk
Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) serves
consumers and small businesses with a broad range of financial services,
including personal banking, small business banking and lending, mortgages,
credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. Consumer &
Community Banking Risk Management partners with each CCB sub-line of business
to identify, assess, prioritize and remediate risk. Types of risk that occur in
consumer businesses include fraud, reputation, operational, credit, market and
regulatory, among others.
In this role you will have direct ownership and
accountability for the Card Risk and Machine Learning PMO function, which
includes leading the Card Risk agile transformation. This role will enable the on-time and
on-budget delivery of the Card Risk Book of Work, delivering critical
capabilities for Card Risk, reporting to the Head of the Card Risk Business
Strategy and Execution team. A balance
of leadership, influence and matrixed management skills across multiple
functions, LOBs and senior leaders within and outside of Risk are important
success factors for this role.
Key Accountabilities
Direct ownership and accountability for the
Card Risk and Machine Learning PMO function, which includes leading the
Card Risk agile transformation.Manage and maintain the Card Risk Strategic
Plan and support the facilitation of the annual strategic planning
process, specific to managing and maintaining the Card Risk Book of Work. Define and deliver the Card Risk Agile
transformation agenda. Lead change through an agile approach
including the planning and prioritization of the Card Risk Book of Work,
E2E project management processes and other change management
activities. Manage day to day oversight and execution of
acquisition, portfolio management and recession management actions for
Card Risk, impacting 8MM new accounts and 65MM active accounts annually. Stand up Machine Learning governance processes
through CCB, Card and CCB Risk Lines of Business as well as External
regulators. Lead all Card Risk and Machine
Learning PMO reporting and communication up through Card CRO, in partnership
with CCB Risk COE and Card CAO teams. Build and maintain relationships
with peers inside and outside the organization and to ensure strong collaboration across teams, including COE’s across CCB Risk
(Modeling, MRGR, etc.), Card Line of Business and CAO functions, Technology,
Operations, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant disciplineMust have prior project management experience, including experience
