We have assembled a world-class team of professionals with deep expertise and extensive experience in all facets of IP-driven corporate value creation.Our team includes: executives who led IP strategy and monetization functions at major corporations, legal authorities, valuation experts, dedicated brokers specializing in IP risk transfer solutions, data scientists, analysts, and information technology professionals.Our solutions include insurance products aimed at providing businesses with ways to mitigate potential losses from IP infringement related risks. We also offer a product that facilitates IP-driven companies’ ability to pledge IP assets as collateral for insurance-backed loans, which can spectacularly change how such companies go about financing their growth. In this context, we provide insurance market participants with valuation services that enable them to assess the collateral and requested coverage in connection with the loan.In addition, we provide IP-driven companies and financial market players who are active investors in such companies with advisory services for creation of corporate value through strategic management and leveraging of IP assets.IP valuation plays a critical role in all of our product and service offerings. We have a substantial pipeline of opportunities for all of our offerings at this time, and we anticipate steady growth in demand for those offerings in the years ahead. In light of this, we need to expand our team to meet the IP valuation needs of our business with high-quality work product standards and within the time frames dictated by each opportunity.Job Description Summary.Be an integral part of the Aon IP Solutions team, conducting IP valuations in support of our various product and service offerings, learning from and assisting our current IP valuation team, and assisting as vital in other facets of our business.Job Description:Perform research on specific companies, industries, technology trends, and other business subjects employing publicly available and subscription-only databases and other sources.Extract, analyze, and summarize historical financial data for specific companies and peer groups of companies using Capital IQ.Review and analyze financial statements and corporate SEC filings for data and information relevant to valuation analyses.Create databases that enable efficient and flexible analysis of data and information relevant to valuation analyses.Assist team with interviewing clients to gather data and information pertinent to valuation analyses.Design and construct Excel-based financial models for DCF-based valuations with advanced Excel features that enable quick and reliable assessment of alternative scenarios.Present research findings and valuation analysis conclusions to direct supervisor and other audiences verbally and in writing.Draft portions of valuation reports for submission to clients and/or other external parties.Support the Aon IP Solutions team with special projects including, but not limited to, preparing materials for internal training and for business development meetings with external parties.Represent the leadership and management of Aon IP Solutions in a way that mirrors the adopted mission, core values, and culture of Aon IP Solutions.Help drive Aon IP Solutions to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.Represent attributes of stewardship, humility, integrity, trust.Exhibit a can-do and collaborative attitude that connects across teams and Aon as a whole.Be a role model who develops others by providing timely feedback and coaching.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong sense of ownership for work performed.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
