Procurement Manager 4-6 Month Contract

Responsibilities

Directly support internal customer needs related to the sourcing of goods and services

Manage the Source-to-Contract process for purchase requests: including receipt and understanding of business requirements, negotiating terms, redlining documents, and shepherding contract to signature

Coordinate project communications with internal business units, stakeholders, and Suppliers

Perform supporting tasks: including spreadsheet analysis, uploading Supplier information to portal, packing documents for signature, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field

3 years related experience

Solid understanding of Procurement operational activities and requirements

Experience sourcing Technology and/or Marketing preferred

Strong project management, financial analysis, and general business acumen

Self-directed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented

Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Ability to prioritize a high volume of workflow in a dynamic environment

Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines
