Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for an experienced and passionate Product Marketer who is hyper customer focused with an ability to understand complex business models; and develop marketing strategies that drive desired business outcomes to join the Marketing team. As a senior-focused healthcare provider, and subsidiary of one the nation's leading integrated health companies, Humana, the Primary Care Organization (PCO) puts the needs of seniors at the forefront of everything we do. Our multidisciplinary team goes above and beyond to make our centers a leading health and wellness destination for communities in key Medicare markets. Our national primary care centers provide value-based care and represent nearly 200 physician practices and 450 clinicians.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Marketer, you will lead the development and implementation of the sales support and enablement strategy targeted at B2B and B2C audiences for the Primary Care Organization supporting the Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell brands. Within the Primary Care Organization, we want to help people everywhere, including our associates, lead their best lives. You will report to the AVP of Brand & Acquisition Marketing for the Primary Care Organization.

Key Role Functions

Partner closely with the PCO's Growth team comprised of broker managers and community engagement managers who are responsible for managing broker and community relationships, hosting events and outreaching to prospective patients

Understand their strategic plans, identify marketing support needs and provide trusted counsel on marketing direction, content strategy and positioning of CenterWell and Conviva against B2C and B2B audiences

Serve as a marketing partner for the growth team as they partner with FMOs, health plans, community organizations and other strategic partners

Develop deep understanding of consumer insights related to this space; understand emerging trends and competitive environment; contribute innovative ideas for products and marketing solutions to team

Translate complex care products, models, and experiences into simple, creative, and impactful product communications that connect with and motivate behavioral change among key target audiences

Establish and track key performance indicators and consistently report outcomes to key stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a persuasive storyteller who has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders with an executive presence. You will be a strategically oriented, critical thinker, resourceful, influential, problem solver who has a highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes. Additionally, you will have a strong bias for results, be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, be thorough and demonstrate a lot of initiative and follow-through.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of building and executing highly impactful product marketing strategies

Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, HealthTech, Technology, Professional Services, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Positive track record of driving customer engagement with new products, services, and/or experiences

Deep empathy for the customer with the ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications

Expert knowledge and use of marketing frameworks

Ability to identify actionable insights and translate them into winning marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Business

Experience working in the healthcare industry

Experience working in agency marketing

Additional Requirements/Information

Remote Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
