Borrower Side Debt Finance Associate

Profile

Seeking an attorney with large firm transactional experience to play an essential role on our borrower-side finance team, working closely with our nationally-recognized Private Equity group to represent private equity fund sponsors and their portfolio companies connected with LBOs, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other interactions with lenders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing private-equity backed borrowers and issuers in middle-market and upper-middle market in syndicated, club and single lender facilities, will know current market terms and trends and will have familiarity with various debt structures (first lien, second lien, mezz, unitrache, cash flow, ABL, etc). Candidates must possess excellent professional judgment, a strong motivation to provide exceptional service and work collaboratively in a team environment.
