Responsibilities:

Manages all

relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment.Build Relationships with

assigned clients and maintain an overall view of client’s programs

understanding their current core business and goals, new product launches and potential

enhancements and/or product offerings.Act as a change agent for

clients while engaging with internal and external resources to drive

initiatives from business concept through all stages of a project.Identifies potential

new business opportunities and partnerships for Prepaid Products.Manages client

negotiations; pricing of the product within the target rate of return; compliance

and conformance with company policy and regulatory requirements.Monitors and analyzes

relationship plan results and account activities.Address and manage

escalations and issues raised by clients.Provide occasional

after hours support of client issues and escalations.

Basic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or

equivalent work experienceEight or more years of

sales experience in the financial services industryOne or more years of

management experienceAbility to travel

Demonstrated knowledge of

Payments Industry and roles of the various value chain partners.Strong understanding of

Prepaid products/services, operations, and current market trends.Excellent communication

skills and strategic thinking ability.Demonstrated sales and

marketing skills and abilities.Motivated and organized

self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple

priorities.Demonstrated ability to

apply sound judgment to set or steer direction and make decisions.Ability to remain
