Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.Responsible for assisting with planning and execution of PVH’s external financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation of quarterly earnings releasesDraft quarterly financial statements and 10-Q reportsDraft annual financial statements and 10-K reportsLead the iXBRL tagging for 10-Q and 10-K reportsAssist with preparation of various other SEC reports, as neededInteract and liaise with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits, including assisting with variance analysis and SOX controlsAssist with preparation of all supporting documentation for investor presentationsReview U.S. Department of Commerce and other census reportsPerform accounting research and peer analysis, document findings and conclusionsSupervisory responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst and Analyst, as needed    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience6+ years’ experience, with public accounting and corporate external reporting for a public company required        EducationMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA requiredSkillsExperience with preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsPrevious experience with iXBRLExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and self-motivated individual who challenges the status-quo.
