Job Summary

Responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting and general support to Managers and Directors. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

The work schedule is Monday-Friday. When it is safe to do so, this position will be returning to the West Palm Beach, FL office.

Core Responsibilities

Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements. Drives operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Participates in the development and utilization of financial models and analysis. Prepares budgets and forecasts.

Evaluates financial risks and opportunities by creating and reviewing operational and financial metrics.

Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports. Some reports and decks created are presented by Vice Presidents.

Research variance to budget and forecast through detailed operational and financial metrics and explains results.

Reviews journal entries during month and year-end processes.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Must be a well-versed user of Microsoft Excel including data manager, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

Experience with financial modeling.

Prior budgeting and forecasting experience.

Ability to analyze large data sets, quantify the impact, plan meaningful actions and/or precise summary of data to tell a story.

Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively communicate to higher levels (Vice Presidents) of the organization.

Ability to present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) that help leadership and all stakeholders understand.
