What you will do:
Oversee revenue management for a portfolio of multifamily assets
Daily pricing review and consulting, accounting for historical and current property performance, submarket price elasticity, onsite operations, and general market conditions
Daily/weekly collaboration with Operations to ensure alignment in pricing strategy
New Lease and Renewal pricing generation, analysis, and monitoring
Revenue management training for onsite teammates
Summarize and analyze property rent rolls and operating statements to forecast financial performance, collaborating with Operations and other Departments
Prepare/review pro forma statements and projections that accurately reflect past history of properties, as well as current and projected future market conditions
Research, analyze, and evaluate market and submarket feasibility for various real estate operations/transactions/property business plans
Provide technical and financial guidance to Operations during budgeting/forecasting functions
Conduct monthly variance and benchmarking analysis to monitor financial performance of a portfolio of properties
Perform internal and external, weekly/monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc financial and operational reporting to drive operational excellence
Develop relationships in the real estate industry for the furtherance of the platform
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university or Graduate education
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis
2-3 years of experience in Multifamily Real Estate
Underwriting and/or Budgeting Experience
Revenue Management Experience (YieldStar experience a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
