Description
The Director Portfolio Management - Cyber Data Protection develops and executes on programs defined to implement security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. The Director, Cyber Data Protection Management requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment, and is able to apply system-thinking strategies to deploying solutions critical to keeping Humana's systems, assets, and employees safe and secure. The candidate is abreast of latest trends in technology and innovation to improve and mature Humana's security posture.
Responsibilities
The Director Portfolio Management - Cyber Data Protection develops and executes on programs defined to implement security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems; requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment, and is able to apply system-thinking strategies to deploying solutions critical to keeping Humana's systems, assets, and employees safe and secure. The candidate is abreast of latest trends in technology and innovation to improve and mature Humana's security posture.
Educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful EIP-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
This role guides EIP organization through the transition to Agile Ways of Working and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices. Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across EIP.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizes and prioritizes projects, programs, iterations etc. based on IT Strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, and changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals.
Requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across EIP ( Enterprise Information Protection) and the enterprise, and is able to apply system-thinking strategies to deploying solutions critical to keeping Humana's systems, assets, and employees safe and secure.
Guides EIP transition and drives continued adherence to optimal /Agile ways of working.
Strategic and significant contributions to quarterly and annual planning of strategic goals, OKR's (Objectives and Key results), PI (Program Increment Planning) commitments etc. and ongoing measurement.
Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile/lean processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity
Ability to work closely with Strategy and Portfolio teams to have a holistic approach to delivery and most optimally/efficiently achieve strategic outcomes
Measure maturity and progress against new ways of working
Informs strategy to optimize operating model to foster streamlined product delivery

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 or more years' experience Cyber Security
8 or more years of technical experience
5 or more years of management experience
Change Mindset, influencing a must
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Six Sigma certification or related experience
PMP certification or related experience
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
Deep experience deploying Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
