 Aon is looking for a Health & Benefits Financial Assistant Vice President- Pharmacy Health Plan As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health, in Bloomington, MN. Candidate may be considered in other Aon offices.    The Health & Benefits Financial Assistant Vice President is accountable for modeling, developing and executing the strategy to maximize pharmacy savings for our health plan clients through the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) procurement process and the life of the PBM contract.  Experience in PBM financial modeling, request for proposal (RFP) selection process and a strong client-focused background is critical for this role. Job Responsibilities:Serve as a pharmacy benefit subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.Lead and/or consulting engagements that may include but not limited to full market PBM RFPs, market checks and quarterly client reports. Leverage deep personal and institutional knowledge of the competitive PBM landscape to analyze and interpret market and industry trends.Regularly attend and lead financial portion of client meetings.Analyze and interpret large sets of prescription drug data to create pricing models and utilization reports to provide meaningful insight to our clients.Evaluate and compare PBM financial offerings for large and complex health plan clients with multiple lines of business.Explain modeling methodology and results to clients and PBMs.Conduct ad-hoc projects as needed using appropriate resources (SQL).Advise clients on pricing strategy, negotiating strategy and favorable contract languageNegotiate pricing and related contract language with PBMs.Update, maintain and create RFP templates, models and databases. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise7 years of relevant Pharmacy Benefit Consulting, PBM and/or Health Plan experience.Deep knowledge of PBM procurement, specialty pharmacy, PBM pricing and contracting.Exceptional technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel, are required.  Ability to create pricing models, perform queries, manage large sets of data, and interpret complex financial results are required.  Proficiency with SQL a plus.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex, technical and financial results to an executive and/or non-financial audience.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and clients with dynamic and shifting timelines.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.  Ability to work independently in a progressive, fast paced environment.Strong leadership skills with experience collaborating within teams to produce results.Ability to travel periodically around 10%-15%.Education:Bachelor’s degree in finance or business or related field or industry experience.    We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
