Conviva's national primary care centers provide value-based care and represent nearly 100 physician practices, 300 clinicians, and 150,000 patients across the states of Texas and Florida.
Conviva Care Centers is in the midst of a significant growth strategy that requires a key focus on acquisition of new customers/patients and retention of current customers/patients while driving engagement across both. A critical component of the growth strategy is Conviva's ability to hire and retain best-in-class Physicians and talent in addition to cultivating relationships with a key cohort, health plan brokers and agents. Conviva has the opportunity to build brand awareness in key markets and defend its position in others. This will require the development of marketing strategies that deliver at the brand-level while also delivering on market-level business dynamics and needs.
The Conviva Marketing team is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Professional, Digital Marketing who is hyper customer focused with an ability to understand complex business models, and develop marketing strategies that drive desired business outcomes. You'll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, specifically focusing on content development and campaign execution across email, website, social media, and SMS/mobile. Solid marketing technical mastery, strategic thinking, initiative and follow through, working effectively with others and good project management capabilities are critical to meet that responsibility. The position requires the ability manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders and across teams of managers, consultants and analysts. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Analytics Lead of Conviva Marketing.
Responsibilities
Support the development and activation of the digital content and communications strategy including development and delivery of capabilities in support of marketing
Developing, writing, and managing content across various digital channels, to include email, blog, SMS/Mobile and social media.
Managing email marketing and mobile/sms functions working independently or with business partners/vendors to create engaging email marketing campaigns and deploy them.
Will play key role in developing email marketing strategy and building new platform out
Comfortable reporting on email marketing analytics, and utilizing findings to test and optimize campaigns.
Manage campaign workflows and coordinate with creative, digital marketing, communication and compliance partners, and other internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Create compelling audience experiences to drive marketing objectives and devise digital engagement strategies for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support patient acquisition growth targets
Develop digital guides/tools/templates to support sales and marketing team with patient acquisition, patient retention, and patient engagement
Have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department's workflow
Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals, keep projects on track, within budget, and on time
Execute with a nimble speed to market focus, in order to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent experience
3 years of email channel expertise, includes CRM management, responsive creative / technical design, deliverability, list segmentation, and best practices
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis
Strong, demonstrated strategy development skills and ability to engage in and apply enterprise thinking
Project management experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing
Strong, demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing attribution, reputation management not required, but will be prioritized
Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, HealthTech, Technology, Professional Services, or CPG
Strong editorial background, copywriting and copy-editing skills
HTML skills and experience with HTML editor tools and Photoshop
