POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of Coordinator will support both the PVH Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy & Business Development teams.

This role is a hybrid role combining administrative and analytical work supporting the Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Investor Relations teams. 

This role supports the teams in the areas of research, presentation and analysis. The position resides within a fast-paced team and environment where communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and managing a number of discrete business tasks are critical to success. (50%)

Additionally, this role will provide a high level of administrative support to the department including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting and other admin support and tasks. (50%)

This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the inside out and will provide tremendous ‘on-the-job training’ as you work closely with members of our Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Investor Relations teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage calendars, expense processing, travel and other admin support as required

  • Research and monitor apparel & fashion industry trends and M&A activity

  • Analyze business data sets or financial statements

  • Prepare written materials and support development of discussion and presentation materials, including but not limited to memos, meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel analyses

  • Monitor and support with preparation of reports on relevant data impacting company, peers, and industry

  • Assist in conducting detailed peer company analyses for dissemination and reporting to senior management team

  • Aid in preparation and upkeep of materials including earnings call scripts, quarterly earnings releases, shareholder letters, marketing decks and other analytical and support documents

  • Assist on other ad hoc admin or strategy projects

  • The position will support two fast-paced teams, where multi-tasking, attention to detail and managing a number of discrete tasks are critical to success

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:     

  • 1+ years of previous business / financial experience / exposure

  • Previous administrative assistant experience a plus

Education:            

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics

Skills:

  • Highly organized and disciplined with great attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical, strong quantitative problem solving skills

  • Passion for the fashion industry or branded consumer goods industry

  • Strong Interest in developing in the area of Business Strategy and /or Investor Relations with and an eagerness to help support projects to improve the business

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Proactive /problem-solving mindset

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
