Your Impact As An Executive Benefits Analyst - Deferred Compensation Plans This position will support Aon's Executive Benefits practice. The Executive Benefits practice is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering Deferred Compensation plans. Job Responsibilities: Provide exemplary service to Aon clients and their employees byManaging open enrollments, including email campaignsEnrolling new participants and issuing new policiesMaintaining plan documentationUsing software to calculate and prepare premium billsUsing databases and spreadsheets for data entry, auditing and plan reportingProviding accurate deliverables in a timely manner and within budgetCommunicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level servicesAnswering participant questions on our 800 numberEstablish and maintain knowledge of regulatory, legal, and client matters to work with clients on new plan designs, features, and administrative processes as necessaryEffectively execute small and medium scale projectsBuilding trusted relationships with clients and colleaguesIdentifying and implementing ideas for improvement on assigned casesAdhering to standard procedures to ensure accuracy and to control expensesSeeking training and self-development to exhibit an increasing knowledge of the industry You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:0–5 years of corporate experienceMath aptitudeExperience working in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)Ability to handle a variety of concurrent projects, servicing clients proactively, as well as reacting appropriately to changing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and on the phoneAttention to detailAnalytical and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to organize tasks and data Preferred Experience:2–5 years of corporate experience in the Financial Services Industry Life Insurance administration experience Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent years of industry experience.
