Winston & Strawn is looking for an associate to join its structured finance group. Candidates should have at least two years of strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization or similar finance structures. Public and private securities offering experience is preferred, but not required. While Los Angeles is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
