What’s the role?
The Service Portfolio Analyst, Audio Visual is responsible for defining and refining Audio Visual enterprise standards for all AV solution types, testing new products and services, creating solution archetypes in line with Architectural target operating environment, and interfacing with Architecture and Portfolio managers to define service roadmaps.
Responsible for understanding business requirements and translating required user experience into solution archetypes that integrate with Shell’s underlying technical operating environments.
This position requires extensive knowledge of the commercial audio-visual market and the ability to design and fully document AV solutions.
Desire someone who has experience in a technical role who can clearly communicate technology concepts and information across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical and non-technical).
The role requires a multifaceted individual who understands AV technology and IT architecture across a broad spectrum of areas from AutoCAD, DSP/video/audio/VC platforms to Networking and control/monitoring systems.
Accountabilities:
Co-ordinating or leading the high-level design activity to define archetypes working effectively with Enterprise Architects, OEMs, Customers and SMEs.
Assessing market trends and new capabilities, evaluating them to determine fit-for-purpose as it relates to Shell collaboration requirements.
Developing and communicating appropriate quality criteria for technical solutions and ensuring the adequacy and effective use of quality control procedures.
Joint participation in market surveys evaluating AV service integrators, solutions, and products.
Enables successful and secure delivery of Audio Visual solutions into the estate.
Conducting technical reviews/audits of AV projects to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Requirements:
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Audio Visual, Information Technology, and Collaboration field.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Control System programming experience with: Crestron, Extron, AMX.
Experience with EASE acoustic modelling software.
Experience with Smaart Live and other testing tools.
Experience configuring VTC platforms, specifically: Cisco, Polycom, Skype for Business.
Experience with AV over IP technologies such as QSys, Crestron DM, Barco CMS, H.264 encoding/decoding, multicasting.
Experience with USB webcams and speakerphone products.
Experience with ADA codes, safety compliance regulations, and building codes.
Experience with architecture, electrical, fire suppression, HVAC, and low voltage related to IT and AV systems.
Experience with networking, VLANS, firewalls, switches, and telephony.
Experience with acoustics, lighting, sound balancing, echo cancellation, video quality balancing.
Experience with leading training, creating support guides, and solution documentation.
Demonstrable history of excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global/remote team environment, sensitive to client’s needs.
1 relevant accreditation to a base level (TOGAF, InfoComm CTS).
