The VP of DSAT (Dell Synergy Acceleration Team) reports to the SVP of DSAT and is responsible for defining and refining our partnership with Dell.This strategic, high impact, leadership role will be responsible for driving key strategic and go to market initiatives to continuously improve the Dell/VMware relationship.  In addition, you will be responsible for field execution and interlock of the sales teams to drive accretive bookings fueled by our joint solutions that accelerate customer business outcomes.You will be driving the DSAT growth strategy, planning alignment and initiatives.  As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work in close collaboration with sales leadership, operations, program, and product leadership teams within VMware as well as Dell.Job RequirementsOwnership and execution of the DSAT Integrated Operating Plan (IOP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP)Provide overall leadership, both direct and matrixed, and day to day management of team members.Optimization resources – internal, contra and BU aligned.Sales and partner strategy for evaluation of investment priorities, new programs and initiatives, monitoring return on investments while ensuring successful execution and productivity – focusing on underpenetrated accounts and integrated solutions.Drive consistent, globally aligned joint selling with Dell resulting in accretive bookings.Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is passionate about partnering and field success.
