The group partners with investment bankers, credit and other product partners to offer customized and complex financing solutions to our clients. The CCBSI Business Management team is responsible for the development, organization and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives to grow and manage the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams within CCBSI and across CB, the team helps drive key initiatives, continuous process improvement throughout all aspects of the business and ensures that CCBSI’s complex and evolving business runs smoothly. CCBSI Business Management is part of the broader CB Business Management function within CB Finance.As part of the CCBSI Business Management team, the Business Management Vice President will play a key role in driving CCBSI’s Treasury Services (TS) growth agenda by leading key projects and initiatives as well as managing certain ongoing business needs. The role offers a high level of visibility in CCBSI business strategy. This role will report to the CCBSI Senior Business Manager and will work across the broader CCBSI organization to deliver business results.Key Responsibilities:Lead business management team in developing, implementing and executing key analysis and reporting to be leveraged by all levels within CCBSI, as well as senior management in CB and senior partners across the firmProvide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Implementations and Client ServiceSupport and partner with the Treasury Services Sales Leadership team via tactical and strategic assistance to establish and drive CCBSI’s TS businessSupport Treasury Services leadership with key finance and business management functions including project management, strategy development, creation and analysis of sales/management reporting, and ad-hoc requests Partner with key stakeholders inside and outside of the CB Line of Business to drive the TS agendaIdentify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutionsPrepare executive-level presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other relevant stakeholders','!*!Key Skills Required:Execution and project management skills – Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
