AON is Looking for a Global Benefits Analyst - Primary location, Chicago but open to SF, Irvine, Miami, TX - (Hybrid) Consultant with developed technical and consulting skills, leads projects with direction, expanding role on client teams What the day will look like Has significant responsibility for small/ midlevel projects or pieces of larger projects, with directionMeets financial targets for respective roleResolves client issues at appropriate levels and inform relationship manager and other team members of pertinent issuesWorks as part of client team in the completion of major renewal coordination milestonesParticipates in problem-solving and effective integration of solutions to problemsCommunicates with external parties to resolve issues, research and respond to routine inquiries, gather and prepare dataCollects, analyzes and prepares information to facilitate client requestsIdentifies and resolves inconsistencies with dataPartners as appropriate with other team members to draft and finalize reporting materials and GB projectsMonitors and execute deliverables and accountabilities based on project scope and statement of workAttends client meetings and presents results as a part of a collaborative client service teamIdentifies and addresses client and team needsContinues to establish client relationshipsBegins to influence client decision making Skills and experience that will lead to success Continues to develop advanced technical and consultative skills/ expertiseBegins to develop high quality client interaction skillsParticipates in training opportunities to remain current with regulatory environmentCompletes courses relevant to skills necessary for positionBachelors degree (business, mathematics, finance, economics, etc.)1 year or more of direct experience recommended How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
