Aon is Looking for a US Senior Account Representative As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions line. Your Impact as a US Senior Account RepresentativeSenior Account Representative Colleagues help clients understand, manage and transfer risk through innovative reinsurance solutions. The role is immediately client-facing, offering exposure to high-level executives and decision-makers at clients and reinsurance providers. Senior Account Representatives work on multiple accounts as part of a larger broker team which requires strong communication and collaboration skills. Candidates will develop comprehensive reinsurance market and industry knowledge while working on a variety of lines of business, including property, general and specialty casualty, and workers’ compensation. Over time, colleagues will have increasing opportunities for domestic and international travel to client and reinsurer meetings and to take on expanded roles in developing strategic and innovative solutions for clients. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport broking teams in servicing reinsurance clients, including developing innovative solutions and strategic advice to address client needsBuild out internal and external networks to assist in growth effortsSource new revenue opportunitiesCommunicate with and participate in reinsurer meetings and discussions regarding client program placementsPrepare formal reinsurance submission materials and executive-facing presentationsAssist in the technical analysis of client informationCollaborate with various supporting teams within Aon Reinsurance Solutions such as catastrophe modeling, actuarial and contract wording to bring the best of Aon to clientsRequired Education, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Economics, Finance, Math or other similarly quantitative or analytically oriented major preferred or equivalent experience. Proven analytical skills - prior analytical and problem solving experience from academic and/or business environment Working knowledge of Microsoft products, with intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Access is a strong plus.
