Position Summary

The Process Analyst Traditional Retail is responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, and monitoring business processes that drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders, will be accountable for identifying current and future state business objectives that are designed in a controlled manner that is well planned and documented.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead meeting with stakeholders to define the problem statements and objectives of the requested process change

Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders and SMEs to document the current and desired future state process

Collaborate with stakeholders to solve for process gaps, inefficiencies, risks and controls

Evaluate any technology utilized by the process and recommend changes if technology is underperforming or no longer working

Recommend process changes and solutions to improve operational effectiveness for the future state

Participate in Project meetings and maintain/edit process documentation as project evolves

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Leadership Skills – self-starting leader with proven ability to see the vision and drive frequent and continual organizational change and improvement; proven ability to formulate and execute strategic and tactical organizational and operational plans to improve operational performance and support corporate goals

Results Oriented – track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization (i.e. analyze opportunities/risks, develop and execute related action plans and deliver results), highly organized and disciplined

Process Management Skills – proven ability to create process maps in Visio and visual aids that document current and future state business practices;

Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Required:

Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Loan Originations or related experience

A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required

Operational experience in a mortgage or financial services environment

Experience managing process changes and external service providers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Visio)
