Winston & Strawn’s project finance group is looking for an associate to join the New York office. Candidates should have at least three years of project finance and lending experience in a big law firm. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with corporate lending, securities, infrastructure, private placements, and structured finance. It is preferred that candidates have experience representing clients in lending, infrastructure and project finance transactions involving sports facilities. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
