Job Responsibilities: Experienced financial consultant, with in-depth pharmacy benefit industry knowledge and consulting skills, contributes to growing coalition businesses and leads projects and client relationships with our direct-to-employer clients. This individual is expected to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and build strong, productive relationships with clients, Aon colleagues, and vendor partners. Specific responsibilities include:Support and be a leader for a geographically dispersed pharmacy financial team. Contribute through thought leadership with a focus on PBM financial evaluations, value creation, efficiency and qualityInterface with Aon Health Solution colleagues to address PBM and client inquiries and assist in resolution of client and PBM service issuesServe as the designated pharmacy consultant to coalition clients. Key is having the knowledge, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills to build and strengthen client relationshipsWork collaboratively with pharmacy team colleagues to deliver consulting services with expertise in financial consultingManage vendor relationships Keep pace with ever changing pharmacy benefits landscapeCollaborate with broader pharmacy team and coalition team; lead with minimal oversightThink creatively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Directly responsible for deliverables You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:5 years of experience in pharmacy benefit financial modeling and or underwriting and pharmacy or health benefits consulting.Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, products and pricingExceptional quantitative and analytical skillsConsulting and project management experience Strong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, virtually and as part of a teamExcellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel (advanced proficiency), Power Point, and WordAbility to travel 25% of the time Education:Bachelors or Pharmacy degree; or equivalent years of industry experience.Preferred majors: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Actuarial SciencePreferred GPA of 3.6 or higher We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
