Compass USA: Strategic Projects Duties & Responsibilities: Support the track lead for SAP S/4 master data, testing, training, go-live change management, and project management analytic requests Support the track lead with master data, data mapping, and data integrity between SAP S/4 and other Compass systems and data platforms Support the on-boarding of master data elements and templates between internal/external Compass Systems and SAP S/4 Support the track lead with System Integration and UAT testing. This includes scenario planning and end-to-end process testing. Work with the Organizational Change Mgmt (OCM) team to identify and document high impact change within each process group. Support go-live (hypercare) for the individual S/4 track (Sales, Purchasing, General Ledger/Finance), corporate departments, and field users. Ensure all assigned project tasks are completed and communicated within the deadlines set forth by the project manager. Execute and encourage acceptance of change management. Leverage resources as needed for project deliverables. Ability to travel up to 10% throughout the year. Internal Customers: Continuous Improvement Project team members (Business, technical, and consulting) Accounting Services and Systems Field Operations (based on deployments) Strategic Projects (Project Managers within the CIP umbrella) External Customers: Consultants (Infosys, Slalom, Codifyd) Financial Project Leads External Project Managers All Levels of Field Management (Unit, District, Regional, Divisional and Sector) Necessary Experience/Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred) Experience: 1 years of working within a project environment preferred 1 years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred Skills: Ability to work independently and possess strong problem solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a project environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to be flexible in a changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; including Microsoft Visio.
