Dinsmore, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for a senior associate in the Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in Indianapolis, IN; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; and Washington, DC. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions. Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing, including transactions financed with low income housing tax credits and tax exempt bonds, is beneficial and preferred.
A license to practice in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC is required. Out-of-state candidates who are eligible for admission in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes.

The base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $213,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
