Profile

Our Finance & Restructuring team is looking for a part-time Senior Associate interested in taking a unique role as lead on the team's complex drafting needs. The F&R team represents lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions, junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters. Candidates must have extensive drafting experience on complex finance transactions and exceptional writing skills. Strong academic credentials, sound professional judgment, and motivation to provide exceptional client service required. Large firm experience is strongly preferred — position can be fully remote or hybrid.
