ADP is hiring a Client Investment Services Consultant II. In this position you will provide investment analysis, performance reporting and pricing support to small, mid, large and custom retirement plan clients. By completing a comprehensive needs analysis and fully understanding the client's short and long-term investment goals, the Client Investment Services Consultant manages the investment analysis process and serves as a facilitator of investment performance discussions with senior level executives within client companies as well as providing support to the financial advisor and RIA community. He/she will provide statistical information and procedural guidance to clients throughout the process of adding to or modifying a retirement plan's investment line-up. The Client Investment Services Consultant will also assist with client pricing to ensure the required revenue targets are being met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute and deliver periodic comprehensive investment reviews with clients (and FA/RIA if applicable) in person or via conference call/web meeting.
Effectively communicate and partner with client service and/or sales on the resolution of resulting fund mappings, additions and deletions.
Ensure complete client understanding.
Conduct pricing reviews for targeted clients to increase retention.
Partner with CS, FA/RIA and sales to identify revenue/risk opportunities and provide guidance/direction as to implementation strategy.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction with investment performance and provide timely plan analysis, industry trends and other market condition updates.
Utilize client contact management database to log and track all interactions and history with clients regarding investment communications.
Additionally, track dates of in person visits, client calls and proactive communications for reporting purposes to upper management.
Initiate/lead projects that will increase the retirement plan investment knowledge of clients and internal ADP associates.
Mentor and provide guidance to members of the CIS team as well as the Client Service Organization.
Proactively identify learning or professional development needs related to the Investment Consultant role.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
8 to 12 Years Experience and knowledge in the financial markets and varying investment products.
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
FINRA 6 and 63 Licenses
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
CEBS and/or ASPPA Preferred
Comprehensive understanding of competitive advantages and disadvantages of investment products and fund families.
Experience in managing executive level relationships / partnerships with clients and third parties.
Understanding Retirement Plan revenue generation.
Ability to negotiate plan pricing based on client needs and current market conditions Industry Knowledge: Applies the understanding of industry terminology, process flow and structure to problem solving and communications.
