Bankruptcy Associate

Profile

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a bankruptcy associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of bankruptcy experience. The scope of representation for the position will include representing debtors, trustees, creditors, creditors’ committees, equity sponsors, and secured lenders. Experience with all phases of bankruptcy proceedings is required, including counseling of clients with respect to rights and remedies, developing risk management strategies, and litigating adversary proceedings and contested matters in the bankruptcy court.

All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in Ohio is preferred. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Ohio bar exam or eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered.
