The key focus of this role is to set a global benefits strategy that reinforces Zuora’s Values and exceptional culture through programs, processes, and offerings that attract and engage top talent in a competitive industry and labor market. You will have the freedom to synthesize, analyze, and uncover unique trends and ideas, which you translate into actionable recommendations for leaders across the organization. You will partner with and learn from ZEO Success leaders, business leaders, and our executive team to build buy-in for your recommendations.
